Terms of Service
Last updated: March 13, 2026
PDFity lets anyone inspect the public site, tool pages, pricing, and legal terms before signing in.
Running a tool, starting a provider action, or using paid features requires an authenticated account and is governed by these terms.
Using PDFity
You may browse public product pages without an account. Running a tool, accessing paid features, or starting provider-based actions requires sign-in.
You are responsible for the documents, data, and instructions you process with the service, including confirming that you have the right to use them.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information through the sign-in method you use and keep control of your access method.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, respond to abuse, or enforce these terms.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
PDFity offers Free and Pro plans. Included features, limits, and entitlements should be published on the public pricing page and enforced in product.
When Pro checkout is available, billing is handled through Paddle. Subscriptions are monthly at launch, renew until canceled, and remain active until the current billing period ends after cancellation.
Payment failures may trigger a grace period and then a downgrade to Free if the balance is not resolved.
Document handling and provider actions
Standard document processing happens in-browser by default. PDFity should not receive standard document bytes by default for normal local-first jobs.
Drive and Dropbox actions are optional and start only when you deliberately trigger import or save. Third-party provider availability, permissions, and terms are outside our direct control.
Acceptable use
Do not use PDFity for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, misuse provider integrations, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, interfere with other users, or overload the product.
Availability, changes, and limits of liability
PDFity is provided on an as-available basis. Features, limits, and connected services may change, pause, or be discontinued as the product evolves.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Nothing on the public site should be read as a guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged or uninterrupted.
Contact and updates
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@pdfity.com.
If we materially change these terms, the updated version should appear on this page with a new last-updated date.
